Those Damn Questionnaires

This one is based on a Proust questionnaire that was adapted by Bernard Pivot and later used on Inside Actor's Studio by James Lipton at the end of his interviews.

1. What is your favorite word?
Schockered and fu-fu and free and lake.

2. What is your least favorite word?
Deluxe. I HATE that word. I don't like cunt or the n word either.

3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Mmmm...freedom, energy, enthusiasm, passion, positivity, music, writing, a good knotty problem to solve, innovation, people.

4. What turns you off creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Oy. People. Close-minded, that's the way it's been done, is done, will be done thinking. Or, God help me, no thinking at all. Micro-managing authoritarians and their followers. The word "no" and the word "can't" and the word "whatever" and the mindset that goes with them.

5. What sound or noise do you love?
I love the sound of water. I love the sound that tea makes as it pours. I love the sound of waves gently lapping against a boat or pier. And I love music. And the sound of a baby laughing. Or the laugh of one of those people whose laugh is so contagious it makes you laugh without even knowing what's going on.

6. What sound or noise do you hate?
Brats throwing tantrums and car alarms and negativity and anger.

7. What is your favorite curse word?
Bugger and hell. Although my mother used to give me crap about that first one.

8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Ooooh. Writer, actress, director, producer, musician, artist...

9. What profession would you not like to do?
Dentist. Proctologist. Anything in sanitation. And, having worked in a law office...lawyer.

10. If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
Never mind. Come on in, duck.
